By booking, purchasing, or participating in any service, session, consultation, or course offered by Ayessha Sarang Counseling Center (hereafter referred to as "the Center," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the Client," "you") explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Ethical Code of Conduct & Scope of Practice

The Center operates under strict ethical principles shared by professional clinical practitioners, spiritual healers, mediums, and psychics. All services are delivered with integrity, compassion, and a commitment to the highest good of the client.

  • We reserve the absolute right to refuse or decline any service, reading, or consultation request that conflicts with our ethical principles, boundaries, or professional scope.

2. Professional Disclaimer & Non-Substitution

You explicitly acknowledge that while Ayessha Sarang is a trained Clinical Psychologist, the blended services offered on this platform including but not limited to spiritual healing, Pranic Psychotherapy, Akashic Records readings, and Tarot consultations are intended solely for personal growth, guidance, and energetic support.

  • Not a Substitute: No service, information, or guidance provided by the Center should ever be used as a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Medical Advice: Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information received during a session. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical or psychiatric concerns.

3. No Guarantees & Client Responsibility

  • Variable Results: Healing and intuitive services are deeply subjective and based on faith, trust, and personal belief. Results are non-linear and vary entirely from person to person.

  • Assumption of Risk: The Center makes no warranties, promises, or guarantees regarding specific outcomes, timelines, or results.

  • Client Autonomy: You retain full free will and autonomy. The Center shall not be held liable or responsible for any actions, decisions, emotional states, interpretations, or life choices made by the client following a session.

4. Explicit Exclusions in Readings

In alignment with our ethical boundaries, our spiritual and intuitive services strictly exclude any predictions, insights, or advice regarding:

  • Lottery numbers, gambling, or financial speculation.

  • Death, end-of-life timelines, or terminal diagnoses.

  • Miscarriages, abortions, stillbirths, or the onset of severe physical accidents/illnesses.

5. Strict Confidentiality & Privacy Policy

Your trust is paramount. All personal data, intake forms, and details shared during sessions are treated as strictly private and confidential.

  • Data Integrity: The Center does not sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal information with third parties.

  • Breach of Confidentiality: Information will only be disclosed if explicit written permission is granted by the client, or if required by law (e.g., severe risk of imminent harm to yourself or others).

6. Booking, Payment, and Financial Policies

  • Pre-payment Required: To secure your appointment slot, all sessions, consultations, and courses must be pre-booked and paid for in full.

  • No Discounts or Credits: The flat rates and package pricing displayed on our platform are final. Requests for individual discounts, post-session credits, or fee negotiations will not be entertained.

  • Satisfaction Policy: While a satisfaction guarantee is offered for specific baseline consultations, refunds for fully rendered therapeutic or spiritual services are issued at the sole discretion of the Center management.
